  Interested “Trunk Hosts” for Holy Trinity's Saints Fest must select from a list of suggested saint-themed activities to host and incorporate at their vehicle’s trunk.

  Set Up 10:30am-11:30am*

  Clean Up 3:00pm-4:30pm
  
  *No vehicles permitted to move 30 minutes prior to the start of the event for the safety of guests, this includes late arrivers.

- The Details
  
  The overall goal is to expose families to some of the many saints in our Church. Families will walk through, visit trunks and enjoy interactive experiences. Children will not just be collecting candy from you, but will have opportunities to learn about some saints in fun and meaningful ways. Candy distribution (or other goodies, such as crafts or prayer cards) will be used as prizes for game participation. Decorations and costumes are encouraged, but the focus should be on the saint and the interaction activity.

  At this time, we are praying for great weather. Should the forecast take a turn, please know, the event WILL GO ON via our RAIN PLAN, i.e., we will move from an outdoor Saints Fest to an indoor Fest. All activities will move inside into the Holy Trinity Banquet Hall where we will swap our trunk activities for tables. Please plan to participate rain or shine!
