The Senior Line Dance class is one of the Best ways to keep active. It encourages FELLOWSHIP with the other dancers. 1. Teaches you to dance - Without a partner, 2. Improves your Balance - While moving to the Beat, 3. Learn Basic Footwork, 4. Improves Muscle Function and Strength, 5. Improves Cardiovascular and Heart Health, and 6. Good Exercise From Head to Toe
