Payment Information & Refund Policy
- The $250.00 retreat fee must be paid to finalize registration. Online payments must be made in full. Cash or check payments may be made in the Faith Formation Office. If you have any questions about payment, please contact our office at (210) 497-4145.
- Please do NOT make a payment if you are on the waitlist.
- Due to payment deadlines for this retreat, please see the following refund policy:
- Drops on or before June 15th, 2025: Full Refund
- Drops June 16th-June 30th, 2025: 50% Refund
- Drops on or after July 1st, 2025: No Refunds
Please Note the Following Before Registering- Spots are very limited this year and will be on a first come, first serve basis.
All Holy Trinity overnight retreat forms require students' medical insurance information (insurance carrier, ID#, & Group#). Please have this information available at time of registration. - We will NOT be accepting any late arrivals or early departures this year (NO EXCEPTIONS). The retreat will begin Thursday evening and conclude on Sunday after the 5:00 PM Mass.
ACTS stands for Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service and is a four day, three night Catholic retreat
designed to reignite the faith and bring teens into a closer relationship with God and their community.
