Summer Camp 2026

2026 Dates:

• High School (Life Teen) Summer Camp Covecrest, Tiger, Georgia: July 13-18, 2026

  • Cost: $1350 per participant (includes camp fees, meals, lodging, airfare, and bus transportation)

• Middle School (EDGE) Summer Camp, Camp Wild Sky, Burnet, TX: June 21-26, 2026

  • Cost: $800 per participant (includes camp fees, meals, lodging, and bus transportation)

Who:
-High School @ Camp Covecrest – outgoing 8th graders – outgoing 12th graders
-Middle School @ Camp Wild Sky – outgoing 5th graders – outgoing 8th graders
**Outgoing 8th graders/incoming 9th graders have the choice to attend either Camp Wild Sky (TX) or Covecrest (GA).

Registration Instructions:

• Spots are first come, first serve.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the spot and is due at the time of registration.
• A waitlist will start once we hit capacity. If you are joining the waitlist, please do NOT submit a deposit until you have been notified that a spot has opened up first. 

• How will we travel to/from camp?
  • High School participants will travel by plane via Southwest and charter bus to and from the Atlanta airport.
  • Please plan to drop your child off at the San Antonio Airport. Transportation to/from the San Antonio airport will NOT be provided.
  • Please do not plan any immediate personal trips the days prior to departing San Antonio and the days after returning in case of any travel delays or complications with Southwest.
  • Middle School participants will travel via bus to Camp Wild Sky in Burnet, TX.
• What religious opportunities are offered at a Life Teen camp?
  • Teens can expect daily mass, Adoration, catechetical themed sessions, bible studies, praise and worship, and more. Every morning, LifeTeen offers what they call, "Hour of Mercy" where teens can choose to go to confession before morning session.
• What fun activities can my teen expect?
  • Both camps have a parish obstacle course, messy games, an art barn, high ropes and low ropes, a rock wall, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a field for soccer and football, and gaga ball. 
  • Camp Wild Sky- Recreational Activities Include: Ropes courses, rock climbing, team building, messy games, canoeing, team sports such as soccer, gaga ball, volleyball, etc., swimming, small group competitions and much more!
    • Multiple Lifeguards are always on duty and everyone - both teens and chaperones - must wear life vests when going in the water. 
  • Covecrest - High schoolers will travel offsite to go white water rafting one day! 
• Does my child need to bring money?
  • Extra money for High School participants is required for airport food, the Chick-fil-a lunch before arriving at camp (Monday Afternoon), and anything they would like to purchase at the camp store / art barn (the art barn offers many free activities, certain items may cost extra like rosary cord or a t-shirt to tie dye). Middle School participants can bring money for the camp store and art barn.
• My child doesn't know a lot/any of other youth attending. Will they be with other youth from our parish throughout the week?
  • Many times, we see youth attend without knowing anyone and leave with new friends. Camp is one of our greatest community building opportunities. Our parish will always be in small group discussions together, stay in the same cabins (separated by gender), and while teens can choose where to sit for most meals, our kids usually opt to sit together.
• I have more questions. Will there be a chance where these may be addressed? 
  • Absolutely! A parent meeting will be held in the weeks prior to camp where we will cover all expectations and provide additional information. It will also be a great opportunity for Q&A.
